Intellect Design Arena is looking for an experienced Recruiter with strong expertise in Sales Hiring for US & Europe markets within IT/FinTech domain.

Key Responsibilities:

â End -to -end hiring for Enterprise Sales, SaaS Sales & Product Sales roles

â Hiring for Account Executives, Regional Sales Directors, BDMs & Enterprise Sales Managers

â Partnering with global stakeholders & business leaders

â Talent mapping & passive candidate sourcing through LinkedIn

â Offer negotiation & candidate engagement

â Managing recruitment data through ATS

Required Skills:

Strong exposure to IT / Software / FinTech hiring

Experience in US & Europe market recruitment

Understanding of compensation benchmarks & regional hiring practices

Expertise in LinkedIn sourcing & stakeholder management

Experience in fast -paced global hiring environments

Preferred:

• FinTech or Banking Technology hiring exposure

• Experience in multinational IT organizations

• Knowledge of global hiring compliance standards
