Job Title: Inside Sales Executive – HR Tech / HRMS / Talent Acquisition Solutions

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to drive growth for our HR Tech & Talent Acquisition offerings (HRMS, recruitment solutions and related services). You’ll own lead generation, outbound outreach, product demos, and deal closure while working closely with product and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and qualify leads via cold outreach, email campaigns, LinkedIn and inbound queries.
  

• Engage HR leaders, TA heads and business stakeholders to present HR tech solutions.
  

• Conduct online demos and product walkthroughs; translate client needs into solution proposals.
  

• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline in the CRM; ensure timely follow -ups.
  

• Close deals to meet/exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  

• Work with marketing on targeted campaigns and feedback loops to improve conversion.
  

• Maintain accurate activity and opportunity records in CRM.
  

Requirements

• 1 - 2 years in inside sales / business development — experience in HR Tech, SaaS or staffing is a strong plus.
  

• Strong verbal and written communication; confident on calls & in demos.
  

• Proven track record managing full sales cycle from lead to closure.
  

• Familiarity with HRMS / recruitment tech or talent acquisition workflows preferred.
  

• Comfortable working on -site at our Whitefield (Borewell Road) office and using CRM & outreach tools.
