About the Role

Panchshil Realty is looking for a Helipad & Helicopter Operations Executive to support safe, efficient, and compliant helicopter operations. The role involves coordinating with pilots, ground teams, airport authorities, and VIP passengers while ensuring smooth day-to-day helipad and aviation activities.

What You Will Do

Aviation Operations

• Coordinate helicopter arrivals, departures, and ground operations
• Ensure helipad readiness, safety compliance, and operational preparedness
• Coordinate with pilots, ATC, ground handling teams, and fuel vendors
• Monitor weather conditions and communicate operational updates

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with DGCA regulations and aviation safety standards
• Conduct routine safety inspections and maintain operational records
• Support emergency response procedures, audits, and safety drills

VIP & Stakeholder Coordination

• Facilitate seamless movement of senior management, VIPs, and guests
• Coordinate passenger handling, security clearances, and travel logistics
• Ensure a professional and high-quality passenger experience

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain flight movement logs, inspection records, and compliance documentation
• Track pilot documentation, certifications, and operational reports

What You Bring

• Degree/Diploma in Aviation Management, Aeronautical Engineering, Airline & Airport Management, or related field
• 2–8 years of experience in helicopter operations, airport operations, or aviation safety
• Strong knowledge of aviation operations and DGCA compliance
• Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a safety-critical and fast-paced environment
