Job Description - Operations Associate

1. Manage the daily order book and ensure timely delivery & pick -up of the orders

2. Coordinate with the ops executives and ensure that the standard operating procedures are followed properly

3. Coordinate with customers in case of any order -related issues

4. Resolve order -related issues on a priority basis and ensure a customer experience

5. Coordinate with 3rd party courier partners for any delivery/pick -up -related issues

6. Coordinate internal stock audits at the warehouse

7. Assist the operations manager with status updates and preparing reports

Requirements

Educational Qualification : Any graduate

Communication : Excellent communication in English & Hindi

Skills : MS -Office , Problem solving skills, Interpersonal skills, Basic computer knowledge, Management skills, Ability to work under pressure
