Operations Executive

The Operations Executive is responsible to develop and deliver the companies digital / online marketing strategy, to include web, ecommerce and SEO to drive the business forward through key digital marketing channels. The selected candidate will be part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities.

Responsibilities

·        To drive marketing strategies, plan and execute digital marketing campaigns

·        New customer acquisitions through improved web site traffic, conversions, and                   revenue generation

·        Work in sync with product team to develop content and digital marketing strategy

·        Plan and manage SEO, SEM, PPC and social marketing activities

·        Monitor operational performance of both internal and external service providers.

·        Monitor facility condition and environmental performance

·        Provide a workplace setting that is conducive to productive work.

·        Monitor occupant satisfaction.

·        Monitor performance metrics.

·        Receive and respond to approvals and notifications.

Desired Profile

·        Exposure to all core areas of digital marketing like marketing analytics, social media           analytics, display marketing, SEO/ SEM, email marketing etc.

·        Strong understanding of search and social media marketing platforms is preferable

·        Work experience in e- Commerce organization or a start-up is preferable

·        Prior experience in software product marketing is preferable

·        Excellent presentation and communication skills

·        Strong organization and people skills is a must
