Street Jumper is a young, fast growing startup. Our aim to is to revolutionize the way local goods move around the city. Our urban logistics network and an on-demand platform connects the customer to a delivery boy, the jumper, who offers personalized delivery service and completes the assigned task.

This is a unique blend of delivery, logistics and technology. We are aiming to build to scalable technology and increase our network to take our services to all major cities in India, and then the world.

We are searching for people with a strong sense of ownership, a never-say-never attitude, those who will go the extra mile and most importantly, have loads of fun while doing this.

What’s expected from you

• You'll be expected to handle work across Operations, Logistics, Marketing etc. If you're looking for a clearly defined Job description, this surely isn't the right place for you.


• Manage Jumper on-boarding, training and development.


• Initiate creative local marketing strategies and user growth campaigns.


• Expansion planning/recruiting. Evaluate the economic and strategic costs and benefits of Jumper incentives and marketing campaigns and work with the team to execute those.


• Take ownership of the operations and grow along with the business to take on larger responsibilities in the near future.


• Work in sync with the product/engineering team. Communicate product/process needs and work together to deliver on them.


• Whatever the job at hand, you will be expected to display complete ownership and take it to completion faster than you thought possible. Shock us and surprise yourself. 

The ideal candidate

• Prior of experience in operations or business development in a startup environment is preferable.


• Passion for technology and tech startups.


• Willingness to get your hands dirty, with a "get shit done" attitude.


• Loves to work in a startup environment, learns quickly and takes responsibility.


• Superior communication skills is mandatory.


• Based in Jaipur. Familiarity with local culture and environment.
