Job Description - Operations Sr. Manager

This role’s main purpose is to handle complete operations at site, client interactions, troubleshooting, designing SOP’s etc.

The Position will report to. - Joint Managing Director

Key responsibilities :

Hands on Experience in operating heavy engineering factory, plant or project.

Excellent management and reporting skills withing the organization, preparing Standard Operating Procedures for Operations and Maintenance.

Skills in team building and training of operations staff

Client co-ordination during operations and commissioning

Travelling PAN India for site support

Job details :

Look after operational work at site and Head Office

Permanent

8.5 hours daily

Full-time Requirements.

Location - Head Office

CTC Bracket- 15-17 Lacs

Experience around 18 Years of Experience

Travel - 50 to 70%

Multi lingual candidates and early joiners are preferred.

Educational / Technical Requirements :

Education :

Graduate Engineer in Mech/Electrical /Instrumentations

Technical Requirement :

Must have thorough knowledge on all heavy electro mechanical equipment’s such as pumps, blowers, panels, PLC, Sensors, Various Lifting Machinery etc.

Preference :

Preference will be given to the candidates who have exposure to STP Plants

Candidate with rich experience and 45+ years old range.
