As an Oracle FAH - Manager, you will specialize in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimize operational efficiency. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will specialize in using and managing the Oracle Financials software. This integrated financial management system provides tools for managing financial processes, such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management. You will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and maintaining the Oracle Finance system within our Digital Core Modernisation network, specifically within our Oracle practice.
Responsibilities
- Configuring and implementing Oracle Financials software to optimize financial processes such as general ledger, accounts payable, and cash management
- Analyzing client needs to develop tailored solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support strategic objectives
- Leading teams in the deployment and maintenance of Oracle Finance systems, confirming seamless integration and utilization
- Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and improve performance in delivering client expectations
- Developing and executing project plans, including budgeting and timelines, to achieve successful outcomes
- Utilizing analytical thinking to identify linkages and interactions within financial systems for improved decision-making
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in challenging conversations with stakeholders to resolve issues effectively
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including compliance with regulatory authority requirements
- Encouraging innovation and embracing technology to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to identify opportunities for business process improvement and transformation
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 10 years of experience in general ledger and FAH
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or related Oracle ERP Finance Cloud modules
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Financials and Oracle Hyperion Financial Management
- Utilizing analytical thinking to enhance financial reporting and forecasting
- Excelling in financial management software for process improvements
- Embracing change and innovation in finance transformation projects
- Mentoring junior staff in financial system administration and reporting
