As an Oracle Finance Tax & Localization Senior Associate, you will specialize in consulting services for business applications, focusing on optimizing operational efficiency for clients. Within our Oracle practice, you will manage the Oracle Financials software, an integrated financial management system, to help clients achieve their strategic objectives. You will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and maintaining the Oracle Finance system, providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn’t clear. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will use critical thinking to break down complex concepts, interpret data to inform insights, and uphold professional and technical standards. Responsibilities

- Configuring and maintaining Oracle Financials to support financial processes such as general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Analyzing client needs to implement tailored Oracle Finance solutions that enhance operational efficiency
- Providing training and support to clients for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle Financials
- Collaborating with clients to identify opportunities for finance process improvements and transformation
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to inform strategic recommendations and decisions
- Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex financial concepts and provide clear insights
- Developing and presenting financial reports using Oracle Hyperion Financial Reporting
- Confirming compliance with regulatory authority requirements and financial reporting standards
- Supporting finance transformation initiatives through effective use of Oracle Acquire to Retire and Procure-to-Pay processes
- Building meaningful client connections and managing relationships to deliver quality service and support

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of overall Oracle Financials experience, with at least 1 year of dedicated hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Tax / Localization functionalities.
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or related Oracle ERP Finance Cloud modules
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Financials and Oracle Hyperion Financial Management
- Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex financial concepts
- Excelling in communication and active listening to build client relationships
- Developing insights through monitoring and analyzing financial trends
