Oracle Netsuite Functional Consultant

• Responsible for the delivery of customization services for NetSuite clients
  


• Responsible for managing clients in pre-sales and post-sale environments
  


• Identify, evaluate and understand customer requirements to help with NetSuite set-up, configuration and customization
  


• Understand As-Is and To-Be Processes and perform Gap Analysis
  


• Create functional and user documentations
  


• Analyze and troubleshoot complex system/user issues and coordinate issue resolution across users, technical team, and vendors as needed
  


• Perform simple administrative tasks in NetSuite ERP, like roles and permissions, suite- flow, etc
  


• Ensure users are provided professional, courteous and timely support and service
  
  

Requirements

• Experience as Functional Consultant on NetSuite
  




• Mandatory Modules - O2C, P2P, Financials / R2R / GL Impacts
  


• Mandatory Customization - Saved Search / Reports / Dashboards / Workflows / Approvals / Data Upload
  


• Good to have (Any TWO of these) - D2B, Manufacturing, SCP, SuiteProjects, FAM, ARM, NSPB
  




• Experienced on NetSuite as a Functional Consultant for more than 4 years
  




• At least 1 Full Life Cycle Experience
  




• Experienced in Creating Project Documentation
  


• Excellent Communication skills
  


• B.Tech. / MBA / Any Graduation
