Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Medical Technology, or a related field (or equivalent certification).
Basic understanding of human anatomy, musculoskeletal system, and orthopedic conditions.
Familiarity with medical terminology, patient documentation, and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast -paced clinical environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient -first mindset.
Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving clinical procedures and protocols.
Valid certification in CPR and first aid (preferred).
Ability to lift and move patients safely with proper techniques and assistance.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer literacy for record management.
