*Responsibilities:*
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and diagnoses of orthopedic conditions, including degenerative joint disease, fractures, and sports injuries.
- Conduct Total Hip Replacement (THR) and Total Knee Replacement (TKR) surgeries with precision and adherence to best practices.
- Develop individualized treatment plans, including preoperative assessments, intraoperative techniques, and postoperative rehabilitation strategies.
- Collaborate with physiotherapists, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Monitor patient recovery, manage complications, and provide follow -up care to optimize long -term outcomes.

*Requirements:*
- MBBS degree with postgraduate qualification in Orthopedic Surgery (D.O., DNB, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 1 year of postgraduate clinical experience in orthopedic surgery, preferably in a hospital or surgical setting.
- Demonstrated proficiency and hands -on experience in Total Hip Replacement (THR) and Total Knee Replacement (TKR) procedures.
- Strong knowledge of surgical techniques, implant selection, and biomechanics related to joint replacement.
- Excellent patient communication skills and ability to explain complex medical information in a clear, compassionate manner.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and surgical documentation tools.
- Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (or equivalent) and all necessary certifications for surgical practice.
