Requirements:

MBBS degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Orthopedic Surgery (MS Ortho or DNB Ortho).
Minimum of 1 year of post -graduation clinical experience in orthopedic surgery, preferably in a hospital or surgical center setting.
Proven expertise and hands -on experience in performing Total Knee Replacement (TKR), Total Hip Replacement (THR), and trauma surgery.
Strong understanding of surgical instrumentation, implant selection, and biomechanics in joint reconstruction.
Excellent diagnostic, decision -making, and surgical precision skills.
Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems and digital imaging platforms.
Valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) and state medical council.
Commitment to patient -centered care, ethical practice, and continuous learning.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage high -volume surgical caseloads.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
