Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Orthopedic Technology, Physiotherapy, Nursing, or a related healthcare field.
  
• Basic understanding of musculoskeletal anatomy, biomechanics, and common orthopedic conditions (e.g., fractures, joint replacements, arthritis).
  
• Familiarity with orthopedic procedures, casting techniques, and use of assistive devices.
  
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic office software (MS Office).
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate, patient -focused approach.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to shifting priorities in a clinical setting.
  
• Valid certification in CPR and First Aid (preferred).
  
• Willingness to learn, follow protocols, and work under supervision with a commitment to conti
