Requirements:

MBBS or equivalent medical degree with a specialization in Orthopedic Surgery (D.O., DNB, or equivalent).
Minimum of 1 year of post-graduation clinical experience in orthopedic trauma, preferably in a hospital or trauma center setting.
Proven experience in managing acute fractures, joint injuries, and trauma-related orthopedic emergencies.
Proficiency in orthopedic surgical techniques, including open and closed reduction, casting, traction, and fixation methods.
Strong knowledge of imaging interpretation and diagnostic tools used in orthopedic trauma.
Excellent clinical decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in emergency and high-acuity environments.
Commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and continuous quality improvement.
Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (or equivalent regulatory body).
Willingness to work in rotating shifts and on-call duties as required.
