Palantir Foundry Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for Palantir Foundry Developers with strong hands-on experience in Palantir Foundry and a solid background in data engineering and analytics platform development. The candidate should be comfortable building data pipelines, transforming datasets, developing analytics solutions, and working with cloud data platforms.

Mandatory Skills

• Palantir Foundry – Strong hands-on experience is mandatory


• Azure Databricks


• Azure Data Lake / ADLS


• SQL


• Python


• Strong experience in developing data/analytics platform solutions


• Good understanding of data engineering concepts and data pipelines

Good to Have

• Power BI exposure


• Experience with analytics and visualization solutions


• Experience working with enterprise data platforms


• Experience in stakeholder management and client-facing engagements

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data solutions using Palantir Foundry.


• Build, integrate, transform, and manage data pipelines within Foundry.


• Work with Azure Databricks and Azure Data Lake for data ingestion, processing, and storage.


• Develop efficient and scalable data transformations using Python and SQL.


• Support development of analytics and data platform solutions based on business requirements.


• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, architects, and business stakeholders.


• Troubleshoot data pipeline and platform-related issues and optimize solutions.


• Participate in technical discussions, solution design, testing, and deployment activities.


• Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance of developed solutions.


• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and contribute to client-facing discussions.

Candidate Requirements

• 3 to 4.5 years of relevant experience.


• Strong practical experience in Palantir Foundry.


• Good hands-on experience with Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake, SQL, and Python.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.


• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid Pune environment.
