Paper Machine 4 Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise
  the commissioning, and trial runs of the machine
  
• Ensure
  process stability and achieve desired product quality and production
  output
  
• Collaborate
  cross -functionally with procurement, operations, and R&D teams
  
• Establish
  SOPs for machine operation, maintenance, and safety
  
• Deliver
  the design within productivity and desired quality of the product.
  
• Develop
  new product at optimum cost of manufacturing.
  
• Continuous
  improvement in productivity and reduction in manufacturing cost.
  

Must -Have Competencies:

• In -depth
  knowledge of OGR, Glassine, Flexible paper base manufacturing
  
• Strong
  understanding of material and energy balance, machine design, and
  critical components
  
• Familiarity
  with agro based pulps, refining processes, and barrier property
  optimization
  
• Proven
  track record of successfully commissioning and stabilization of paper
  machine, preferably in the specialty segment
  
• Ability
  to lead cross -functional teams and manage vendor relationships effectively
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• B.Tech/B.E.
  in Pulp & Paper Technology / Chemical Engineering
  
• Experience
  in commissioning food -grade or greaseproof/specialty paper lines
