We are seeking a results-driven Partner Growth Manager to drive partner acquisition and pipeline generation across the North American market. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in B2B SaaS, partner ecosystem development, outbound prospecting, and AI-powered sales workflows who are passionate about building strategic partnerships that fuel business growth.

As a Partner Growth Manager, you will identify, engage, and qualify high-potential partners such as consulting firms, system integrators, resellers, implementation partners, managed service providers, and advisory organizations. You will leverage AI-powered research and prospecting tools to build a scalable partner pipeline while collaborating closely with internal sales and partnerships teams to accelerate revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and prioritize high-potential partner organizations across North America.
• Build and execute AI-driven prospecting strategies to generate qualified partner opportunities.
• Create and maintain structured partner account lists based on market fit, business potential, and strategic alignment.
• Engage founders, business leaders, alliances managers, and decision-makers through multi-channel outbound campaigns.
• Develop personalized outreach strategies tailored to each partner's business model, customer base, and service offerings.
• Qualify partner opportunities, confirm commercial interest, and schedule meetings with appropriate stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, prospect intelligence, and detailed handoff documentation for qualified opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, partnerships, and marketing teams to strengthen partner engagement and pipeline quality.
• Continuously optimize prospecting workflows using AI tools, sales intelligence platforms, and automation technologies.
• Contribute to developing repeatable partner acquisition processes that support long-term business growth.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 2+ years of experience in Partner Growth, Business Development, Sales Development, B2B SaaS Sales, or Partner Ecosystem Management.
• Proven experience generating outbound pipeline and building strategic partner relationships.
• Strong understanding of partner business models, channel sales, alliances, and enterprise SaaS ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience using AI-powered prospecting, sales automation, research, and enrichment tools.
• Experience targeting North American enterprise markets through outbound sales and partner engagement.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to independently build prospect lists, execute outreach campaigns, and consistently generate qualified opportunities.
• Excellent CRM management, reporting discipline, and pipeline tracking capabilities.
