Software License & Technology Partner Management
• Own end -to -end relationships with hosting software vendors — cPanel, Plesk, WHMCS, Softaculous, LiteSpeed, Imunify, and similar.
• Manage license procurement, renewal cycles, volume tier negotiations, and compliance across all software partnerships.
• Monitor product roadmap updates from vendors and communicate downstream impact to product and engineering teams.
• Evaluate emerging hosting technology partners and lead proof -of -concept discussions.
Data Centre & Infrastructure Partnerships
• Manage relationships with collocation facilities, bandwidth/transit providers, and CDN partners.
• Coordinate capacity planning reviews and SLA performance tracking with DC and network partners.
• Lead RFP processes for new data center tie -ups or infrastructure expansions across target regions.
• Escalate and follow through on critical infrastructure SLA breaches in coordination with the technical team.
Security & SSL / Speciality Vendor Partnerships
• Manage partnerships with SSL certificate authorities (DigiCert, Sectigo, Let's Encrypt integrations) and cybersecurity solution providers.
• Own commercial terms with backup, disaster recovery, and managed service technology partners.
• Identify bundling and co -sell opportunities to enrich QualiSpace's product portfolio.
Commercial Negotiation & Contract Management
• Lead commercial negotiations for pricing, volume discounts, rebate structures, and co -marketing initiatives with partners.
• Maintain a contract and renewal calendar with SLA dashboards and commercial milestone trackers.
• Conduct quarterly vendor reviews to identify cost optimization and consolidation opportunities.
Cross -Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal to align partner deliverables with business goals.
• Represent QualiSpace at industry events and regional hosting forums.
• Provide competitive partner intelligence to inform product roadmap and pricing strategy.
• 4–8 years of experience in partner management, vendor relations, or business development in web hosting, SaaS, or cloud services.
• Hands -on experience managing software license vendors (cPanel, Plesk, or equivalent) and/or data centre partnerships.
• Strong commercial acumen — ability to read contracts, negotiate terms, and manage multi -vendor portfolios.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both internal and external.
• Familiarity with hosting infrastructure concepts: shared hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, DNS, SSL, and control panels.
• Experience with CDN, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) reseller programs, or managed hosting partnerships.
• Exposure to reseller or white -label channel development in India or South Asia.
• Understanding of data centre procurement, colocation contracts, and bandwidth SLAs.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and contract management systems.
• Prior experience representing a company at international industry events.
