Partnership Manager

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Social Work, Education, Public Policy, or a related field is preferred.

3–5 years of relevant experience in institutional partnerships, business development, stakeholder engagement, or program coordination.

Prior experience working with educational institutions, universities, skill Sector or CSR initiatives will be highly preferred.

Demonstrated experience in building strategic collaborations, managing institutional partnerships, and facilitating the signing of MOUs.

Familiarity with skill development, employability, digital education, or capacity -building programs will be an added advantage.

Ability to engage effectively with government departments, academic leadership, and other key stakeholders.

Strong organizational, negotiation, and relationship management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to represent the organization professionally.

Proficiency in MS Office, presentations, and documentation for partnership proposals, reports, and institutional communications.

Adaptable, proactive, and innovative mindset, with willingness to travel for institutional engagement and partnership development.
