Requirements:

MBBS degree with a postgraduate qualification in Pathology (MD/DM in Pathology) or equivalent.
Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or relevant regulatory body.
Minimum of 1 year of post-qualification experience in a clinical or diagnostic pathology setting.
Proficiency in histopathology, cytopathology, and clinical pathology procedures.
Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Familiarity with laboratory information systems (LIS) and digital pathology tools.
Commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality, and adherence to medical standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
