Pediatrician

• Valid medical registration/license
  

Key Skills:

• Strong clinical knowledge in diagnosing and treating illnesses in infants, children, and adolescents
  

• Proficiency in pediatric emergencies and neonatal care
  

• Experience with child growth and development monitoring
  

• Vaccination and immunization expertise
  

• Good communication skills to interact with children and counsel parents
  

• Ability to work with multi -disciplinary teams (e.g., NICU, PICU)
  

• Familiarity with pediatric equipment and tools (e.g., nebulizers, pulse oximeters, etc.)
  

• Basic knowledge of pediatric nutrition and preventive care
  

• Empathy, patience, and a child -friendly approach
  

Preferred Experience:

• 0–5 years (can vary as per hospital needs)
  

• Experience in NICU/PICU or general pediatric wards is an advantage
