*Responsibilities*
- Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients across all age groups.
- Provide expert clinical care in NICU and PICU settings, managing critically ill newborns and children with complex medical conditions.
- Deliver high -quality outpatient services in the OPD, including routine check -ups, vaccinations, developmental screenings, and management of chronic conditions such as asthma, diabetes, and ADHD.
- Perform diagnostic procedures, interpret lab results, imaging studies, and other clinical data to guide treatment decisions.
- Collaborate with nurses, specialists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up -to -date patient records in compliance with regulatory and institutional standards.
- Participate in on -call rotations and emergency response as required by the department.
- Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the organization.
*Requirements*
- MBBS degree with a postgraduate qualification in Pediatrics (MD/DPB) from a recognized medical institution.
- Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or equivalent regulatory body.
- Minimum of 1 year of postgraduate clinical experience in pediatric care, with hands -on exposure to NICU and PICU settings.
- Proven experience in outpatient department (OPD) management and patient follow -up.
- Strong clinical skills in neonatal and pediatric emergency care, including resuscitation and advanced life support.
- Proficiency in pediatric diagnostics, pharmacology, and preventive healthcare protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with children and their families.
- Ability to work effectively in fast -paced, high -pressure environments while maintaining attention to detail and compassion.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and digital health tools.
- Willingness to participate in on -call duties and shift rotations as per departmental needs.
