MBBS degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Pediatrics (DCH or equivalent)
Valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) and state medical council
Strong foundational knowledge of pediatric diseases, growth parameters, and developmental stages
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with children and parents
Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems
Commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality, and continuous professional development
Willingness to work in a fast -paced clinical environment with diverse patient populations
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
