Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and health assessments for patients from newborns to adolescents.
Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions, including infections, asthma, allergies, and developmental disorders.
Administer immunizations and maintain up-to-date immunization records in compliance with national and institutional guidelines.
Monitor growth and development milestones, providing early intervention referrals when necessary.
Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with parents, guardians, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Educate parents and caregivers on nutrition, safety, hygiene, mental health, and age-appropriate developmental expectations.
Maintain accurate and confidential medical records using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Stay current with pediatric medical advancements, clinical guidelines, and best practices through continuous professional development.
Participate in community outreach programs and health promotion initiatives targeting children and families.
Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and support staff to ensure holistic and coordinated care delivery.
