We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatrician to join our dedicated Health Care team. This position plays a critical part in promoting preventative health, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, and providing essential guidance to families regarding child development and nutrition. Responsibilities
Conduct thorough physical examinations, assess growth patterns, and monitor developmental milestones for patients ranging from newborns to young adults.
Diagnose and manage a wide spectrum of pediatric illnesses, injuries, and chronic health conditions with precision and care.
Administer routine immunizations and provide evidence-based counseling on vaccination schedules and disease prevention strategies.
Collaborate with parents and guardians to formulate individualized treatment plans, offering clear explanations of diagnoses and therapeutic options.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records, ensuring compliance with all medical documentation standards and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate seamless care transitions and comprehensive patient management.
Stay current with the latest pediatric medical research, clinical guidelines, and advancements in child health care practices.
Requirements
Possess a valid medical degree (MD or DO) with specialization in Pediatrics and active board certification.
Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of hands-on clinical experience in pediatric medicine or a related health care setting.
Hold an unrestricted medical license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
Exhibit strong diagnostic abilities and proficiency in managing common and complex pediatric health issues.
Display exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain medical concepts clearly to both children and their families.
Show a deep commitment to patient-centered care, empathy, and maintaining a safe, supportive environment for young patients.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while maintaining professional integrity and confidentiality.
