Summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical examinations, assess growth patterns, and monitor developmental milestones for patients ranging from newborns to young adults.
  
• Diagnose and manage a wide spectrum of pediatric illnesses, injuries, and chronic health conditions with precision and care.
  
• Administer routine immunizations and provide evidence-based counseling on vaccination schedules and disease prevention strategies.
  
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to formulate individualized treatment plans, offering clear explanations of diagnoses and therapeutic options.
  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records, ensuring compliance with all medical documentation standards and regulatory requirements.
  
• Coordinate with specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate seamless care transitions and comprehensive patient management.
  
• Stay current with the latest pediatric medical research, clinical guidelines, and advancements in child health care practices.
  

Requirements

• Possess a valid medical degree (MD or DO) with specialization in Pediatrics and active board certification.
  
• Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of hands-on clinical experience in pediatric medicine or a related health care setting.
  
• Hold an unrestricted medical license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
  
• Exhibit strong diagnostic abilities and proficiency in managing common and complex pediatric health issues.
  
• Display exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain medical concepts clearly to both children and their families.
  
• Show a deep commitment to patient-centered care, empathy, and maintaining a safe, supportive environment for young patients.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while maintaining professional integrity and confidentiality.
  

Compensation

• Monthly Salary Range: ₹200,000.00 to ₹250,000.00
