Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive medical examinations and assessments for pediatric patients in an outpatient department (OPD) setting.
  
• Provide specialized neonatal care and monitoring within the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), ensuring optimal outcomes for newborns.
  
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of childhood illnesses, injuries, and developmental conditions with precision and empathy.
  
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to develop and execute individualized care plans.
  
• Educate parents and guardians on child health maintenance, nutrition, and preventative care strategies.
  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
  
• Respond to pediatric medical emergencies with swift and effective intervention.
  

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in pediatric medicine.
  
• Proven expertise in managing outpatient (OPD) pediatric cases and procedures.
  
• Specialized training and hands-on experience in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) operations.
  
• Strong clinical skills in diagnosing and treating common and complex pediatric conditions.
  
• Excellent communication abilities to interact effectively with children, parents, and healthcare teams.
  
• Commitment to delivering patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Relevant medical degree and valid professional licensure to practice pediatrics.
