PeopleSoft Admin

We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft Administrator to build, configure, maintain, and support PeopleSoft HR, FIN, and ELM production environments. The role involves managing PeopleSoft infrastructure, upgrades, integrations, performance, and production support in a multi-instance hosting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, configure, debug, and support PeopleSoft 9.2 applications.
  


• Administer PeopleSoft HR, FIN, and ELM production environments.
  


• Manage PeopleSoft Internet Architecture (PIA), Tuxedo Application Servers, Process Schedulers, and WebLogic.
  


• Perform PeopleSoft, Middleware, and Database installations.
  


• Manage PeopleTools upgrades, preferably version 8.62, PUM updates, and critical patch applications.
  


• Apply Tools, Tuxedo, and WebLogic patches.
  


• Configure and troubleshoot Integration Broker, gateways, and nodes.
  


• Install, configure, and troubleshoot OpenSearch.
  


• Monitor and maintain Application Servers, Web Servers, and Process Scheduler Servers.
  


• Perform system performance monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting.
  


• Configure and administer SMTP services.
  


• Develop monitoring scripts and methods for PeopleSoft Web and Application tiers.
  


• Support production outages and provide maintenance support when required.
  


• Troubleshoot network, software, hardware, operating system, and PeopleSoft infrastructure issues.
  

Key Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of PeopleSoft Administration experience.
  


• Strong experience with PeopleSoft HR, FIN, and ELM environments.
  


• Hands-on expertise in PeopleSoft 9.2 and PeopleTools.
  


• Experience with PIA, Tuxedo, WebLogic, UNIX, and Windows/NT.
  


• Strong knowledge of PUM and PeopleTools upgrades.
  


• Experience with Integration Broker configuration and troubleshooting.
  


• Knowledge of OpenSearch, SMTP, system monitoring, and performance tuning.
  


• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  


• Ability to support production environments and handle critical outages.
