PeopleSoft developer

We are looking for a skilled PeopleSoft Finance Techno-Functional Consultant to bridge finance business operations and the PeopleSoft FSCM platform. The role involves end-to-end requirement analysis, configuration, customization, integrations, testing, go-live, and production support across core finance modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support PeopleSoft FSCM modules including P2P, AP, AR, GL, Billing, Travel & Expense, and Asset Management.
  


• Develop custom solutions using PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, and PeopleTools.
  


• Configure Purchasing, eProcurement, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Billing, T&E, and Asset Management processes.
  


• Design and maintain approval workflows using AWE, workflow routings, and role-based approval trees.
  


• Develop reports using SQR, BI Publisher, PS/nVision, Query Manager, and PS Reporting Workbench.
  


• Build and support integrations using Integration Broker, SOAP/REST APIs, SFTP, EDI, and third-party AP/ERP systems.
  


• Perform SQL-based data analysis, validation, troubleshooting, and reconciliation.
  


• Support PUM updates, application upgrades, migrations, and selective adoption activities.
  


• Participate in Unit Testing, SIT, UAT coordination, Jira defect tracking, go-live, and post-production stabilization.
  


• Support deployment and version control processes using Git, STAT, Phire, or ANT-based pipelines.
  

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in PeopleSoft FSCM Finance modules.
  


• Hands-on experience with PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, and Component Interface.
  


• Experience with Integration Broker and IB Services.
  


• Strong knowledge of SQL and Data Mover scripts.
  


• Experience with SQR, BI Publisher, PS/nVision, and Query Manager.
  


• Knowledge of AWE and workflow configuration.
  


• Experience with SOAP/REST integrations, ETL, SFTP, and EDI.
  


• Experience supporting PeopleSoft upgrades and PUM.
  


• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
