Digital Marketing Manager (Performance Marketing & Lead Generation)

Role Overview

Own end -to -end performance marketing and B2B lead generation. Drive high -quality leads, optimize campaign performance, and maximize ROI across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
  
• Drive B2B lead generation while optimizing CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
  
• Own media budgets, agency coordination, and campaign execution.
  
• Optimize landing pages and lead conversion funnels.
  
• Track and improve campaign performance using GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
  

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing with a strong B2B lead generation focus.
  
• Agency background is mandatory.
  
• Expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  
• Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and campaign analytics.
  
• Prior experience in B2B, SaaS, subscription, or high -value sales is preferred.
  
• Must be willing to commute to Thane.
  
• Work From Office – 6 days a week.
  
• Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 15 days' notice period preferred.
