We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to support our digital marketing efforts and help drive learner acquisition through paid campaigns across various digital channels.

What You’ll Do

  Assist in managing and optimizing paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor campaign performance and track key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, and conversions

  
  


• 
  

  Support campaign setup, targeting, budget allocation, and optimization

  
  


• 
  

  Help conduct A/B tests for ads, creatives, audiences, and landing pages

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with content and design teams to develop performance-focused creatives

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare regular campaign performance reports and dashboards

  
  


• 
  

  Identify trends and insights to improve campaign performance

  
  


• 
  

  Support lead generation and acquisition initiatives

  
  


• 
  

  Stay updated with digital advertising trends, platform updates, and best practices

  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 
  

  0–2 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or a related field

  
  


• 
  

  Basic understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with digital marketing metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, and conversion rate

  
  


• 
  

  Basic understanding of digital funnels and lead generation

  
  


• 
  

  Good analytical and problem-solving skills

  
  


• 
  

  Comfortable working with numbers, data, and performance reports

  
  


• 
  

  Willingness to learn and experiment with new marketing strategies

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and coordination skills

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of GA4, Google Analytics, or other analytics tools is a plus

  
  


• 
  

  Internship or hands-on project experience in paid marketing is an added advantage
