Performance Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a data-driven and result-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist who has hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across multiple industries and platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience handling high advertising budgets, and a proven track record of delivering profitable ROAS while scaling campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.


• Manage multiple client accounts across different niches simultaneously.


• Develop campaign strategies based on business goals, target audience, and budget.


• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, CPA, CPL, CPC, CTR, and Conversion Rate.


• Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining efficiency.


• Perform audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research.


• Set up and manage Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and conversion tracking.


• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and targeting.


• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.


• Collaborate with designers, content writers, and developers to improve campaign performance.


• Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and digital marketing trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.


• 2–4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.


• Agency experience is mandatory.


• Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.


• Experience handling monthly advertising budgets of ₹5 Lakhs+.


• Strong understanding of lead generation and e-commerce campaigns.


• Experience working across multiple industries and business niches.


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Strong communication and reporting skill
