Requirements

• understand CRO and the importance of optimizing websites to maximize ad performance.
  

• have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting insights, marketing reports, and strategies confidently.
  

• love setting ambitious goals and breaking them down into actionable plans.
  

• take ownership of multiple priorities and drive projects to completion.
  

• are proficient with GA4, Looker Studio, and MS Excel, and know how to leverage them for actionable insights.
  

What you’ll be doing:

• leading client projects end -to -end, including audience research, competitive analysis, campaign creation, optimization, and reporting.
  

• owning client relationships, communicating strategy clearly, and aligning them with your recommendations.
  

• analyzing cross -platform ads and leveraging insights to drive brand growth.
  

• mentoring team members, sharing knowledge, and building a high -performance marketing ecosystem.
  

• delivering measurable growth and ROI for clients aligned with their business objectives.
  

• conceptualizing high -converting campaigns and landing pages based on customer behavior insights.
  

• guiding clients on holistic marketing strategies that complement their performance campaigns.
  

• continuously learning and growing into a top 1% performance marketer—with support and resources to get there.
