Key Responsibilities:
· Manage daily schedules, appointments, and calendar coordination.
· Handle phone calls, emails, messages, and basic correspondence
professionally.
· Prepare, maintain, and update spreadsheets, reports, and simple
data analysis in Google Sheets and Excel.
· Arrange travel, local logistics, and meetings.
· Run errands, coordinate household or office services, and oversee
small vendor interactions as needed.
· Maintain confidential files and handle sensitive information
discreetly.
· Assist with document preparation, scanning, and filing.
· Liaise with staff, service providers, and external contacts on
behalf of employer.
· Perform any other reasonable duties to support smooth daily
operations.
Required Experience & Skills:
· Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive
Assistant, or similar role.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and
Bengali/Hindi (specify languages if needed).
· Proficient in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (data entry,
formulas, basic functions, sorting/filtering).
· Presentable appearance and professional demeanor.
· Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking
abilities.
· High level of discretion and trustworthiness.
· Comfortable with occasional local travel and running errands
around Kolkata.

Age & Other Requirements:
· Male candidates up to 45 years of age.
· Local or willing to commute to Science City area, Kolkata.
· Basic knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar).
· Prior experience supporting senior executives or high -net -worth
individuals.
· Familiarity with simple bookkeeping or expense tracking.
