Job Description - PGT and TGT Subject Teachers - CBSE K12 School

Subject Expertise:

We have openings for all these subject teachers.

Mathematics --Demonstrate advanced knowledge and expertise in Mathematics.

Science- TGT - Exhibit strong understanding and proficiency in teaching Science subjects.

Computers TGT -Possess in-depth knowledge of computer science.

Hindi TGT required to teach classes VI to X

English both PGT and TGT to teach classes XI-XII and VI to X

Library - TGT VI to X to take library classes, should have reading habits and should be able to plan activities. ( A Master's Degree in Library Science/ Information Science. Should have excellent spoken skills)

Curriculum Development:

Design comprehensive and CBSE-aligned curricula

Develop engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum standards.

Classroom Instruction:

Deliver dynamic and interactive lessons, fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Utilize innovative teaching methodologies, especially for Computers, to enhance student engagement.

Assessment and Evaluation:

Create fair and effective assessments to evaluate student understanding.

Provide timely and constructive feedback to support student growth

Classroom Management:

Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to effective learning.

Implement effective classroom management strategies, ensuring a disciplined atmosphere.

Professional Development:

Stay updated on the latest developments in the respective subjects.

Engage in continuous professional development activities to enhance teaching skills.

Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with fellow teachers, parents, and school administrators to enhance the overall educational experience.

Attend and actively participate in departmental meetings and school events.

Skills and Competencies:

Strong subject knowledge and passion for teaching.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient use of technology for teaching Computers.

Classroom management and organizational abilities.

Adaptability and willingness to embrace new teaching methodologies.

Preferred candidate profile

Age Group: 25-40 yrs

Salary: 5-9 Lacks per annum not a constrain for the right candidate.
