Photos Curation Specialist & Coordinator

We are looking for a highly creative and detail -oriented Photos Curation Specialist & Coordinator to join our team. This is a client -facing, on -site role responsible for managing photographic stills and video post -production workflows for one of our key enterprise accounts.

The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense, excellent organizational abilities, and hands -on experience in photo editing and post -production tools. The role requires independently handling projects from data ingestion to final delivery while coordinating with internal teams, clients, and external vendors.

Candidates should also be comfortable handling urgent or ad -hoc requests outside regular work hours when required.

Job Details

• Working Days: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
  
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM
  
• Work Mode: On -site only (No Work From Home option)
  

Key Responsibilities

• Take complete ownership of assigned titles, from ingesting raw data to delivering final colour -graded outputs.
  
• Curate and organize images captured on film sets with a strong understanding of marketing and promotional requirements.
  
• Retouch and enhance images using Adobe Photoshop to ensure high -quality presentation standards.
  
• Independently track project progress and execute action items to ensure timely completion.
  
• Coordinate with team members to manage task distribution and support team requirements when needed.
  
• Handle urgent and ad -hoc client requests efficiently, including requests outside regular working hours.
  
• Conceptualize and create visually engaging stills -based creatives for film and series marketing campaigns.
  
• Act as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and external contractors to ensure smooth project execution.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in photography, post -production, graphic design, or visual arts preferred.
  
• Hands -on experience with Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop.
  
• Proven photo editing and retouching skills.
