What you'll do

1. Prepare and circulate RFQs to insurers within agreed turnaround times
   
2. Coordinate with insurers and TPAs to resolve queries and pull quotations
   
3. Evaluate quotes on coverage, premium, exclusions, and terms
   
4. Build Quote Comparison Reports (QCRs) for internal and client review
   
5. Negotiate pricing, coverage, and wordings with insurers
   
6. Drive policy finalization end to end with insurers and the internal team

Requirements

What we're looking for

• 1-2 years at an insurance broker or general insurer, in a placements / underwriting / operations role
  
• Hands-on experience raising RFQs and building QCRs for Non-EB lines (Property, Liability, Casualty)
  
• Familiarity with EB policies (GMC, GPA, GTL) is a plus, not a must
  
• Strong written and spoken communication; comfortable pushing back with insurers when needed
  
• Operates with high ownership and integrity; can run their own desk with minimal oversight
  
• Quick to pick up new tools and ways of working
