Job Description - Plant Security Lead

Description

To ensure security of manpower & material in the unit and prevent loss of company property due to theft, pilferage, misuse etc.

•To ensure fire safety and conducting regular training of security guards.

•To manage inbound and outbound traffic from the plant ensuring safety.

•To ensure adherence to safety norms & procedures in the department as per the company policy.

•To liaise with Police and Local bodies for maintaining cordial relations for smooth operation of the plant.

•Ensure effective and timely management of all administrative work of the unit with adherence to all statutory requirements.

•Ability to develop intelligence network across peripheral villages/area, in order to get prior information.

•Jobs holder need to be available alert and vigil for 24X7 for ensuring safety, security and fire for uninterrupted work at plant & township areas keeping aside personal priorities and family responsibities.
