Key Responsibilities

·       Maintain and troubleshoot
hydraulic systems across Headbox, Press, Calendar, and Reel sections of the
paper machine.

·       Inspect hydraulic circuits,
pumps, valves, cylinders, accumulators, manifolds, and filtration systems.

·       Monitor hydraulic oil
condition, contamination levels, pressure, flow, and temperature parameters.

·       Diagnose hydraulic failures and
implement timely corrective actions to minimize downtime.

·       Support electro-hydraulic
systems integrated with PLC and DCS control platforms.

·       Execute preventive, predictive,
shutdown, and breakdown maintenance activities.

·       Support commissioning, testing,
and optimization of hydraulic systems.

·       Coordinate with production,
electrical, instrumentation, and maintenance teams for effective issue
resolution.

·       Ensure compliance with
hydraulic safety standards, LOTO requirements, TPM, 6S, and workplace
excellence initiatives.

·       Drive reliability improvement
projects focused on leakage reduction, oil consumption optimization, and energy
efficiency.

Qualification & Experience

ITI/ Diploma in Instrumentation/ Electrical or related discipline with hands-on experience in
hydraulic and electro-hydraulic systems within continuous process industries.
