We are seeking a Senior UI Designer to lead visual design across high-impact digital products. At Elephant Design, you’ll shape interfaces that are not only experiential & Engaging but also strategic.

Requirements

Key Competencies

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or related field.
  
• 3+ years of experience in UI design across digital platforms.
  

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead creation of high-fidelity designs, design systems, and visual guidelines.
  
• Collaborate with UX designers and developers to ensure seamless implementation.
  
• Mentor junior designers and conduct design reviews.
  
• Drive innovation in visual storytelling, motion design, and brand alignment.
  
• Ensure accessibility and responsiveness across platforms and devices.
  

Requirements and Skills

• Mastery of Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
  
• Strong understanding of design systems, typography, and layout.
  
• Experience with animation tools (Lottie, After Effects, Principle).
  
• Familiarity with front-end technologies for better developer collaboration.
  
• Ability to lead visual strategy and present to stakeholders.
