Power Automate Desktop Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Power Automate Desktop (PAD) Developer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA). The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, documenting, and maintaining automation solutions using Power Automate Desktop.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using Microsoft Power Automate Desktop.


• Develop robust and scalable desktop automation workflows based on business requirements.


• Automate repetitive and rule-based business processes using PAD.


• Work with stakeholders to understand process requirements and identify automation opportunities.


• Configure desktop flows, variables, conditions, loops, exception handling, and data manipulation.


• Integrate PAD workflows with applications, files, databases, web applications, and other business systems.


• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation workflows and production bots.


• Perform unit testing, debugging, and optimization of automation processes.


• Maintain and enhance existing RPA solutions.


• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, process documentation, and automation specifications.


• Follow RPA development standards, best practices, and governance guidelines.


• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, QA teams, and other technical teams.


• Monitor automation performance and ensure smooth execution of automated processes.

Must-Have Skills

• 4–5 years of experience in RPA development.


• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate Desktop (PAD).


• Good understanding of RPA concepts, development lifecycle, and automation best practices.


• Proficiency in developing and maintaining Power Automate Desktop flows.


• Experience with automation of desktop and web-based applications.


• Knowledge of workflow design, exception handling, debugging, and troubleshooting.


• Strong documentation skills with the ability to create technical and process documentation.


• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
