Description

Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd is seeking a Premier Acquisition Manager to lead and drive sales strategies for its CASA (Current Account Savings Account) business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers and managing relationships to enhance the bank's market presence.


 


As the Premier Acquisition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the bank's sales and marketing strategies for CASA products. Your primary focus will be on acquiring high-value customers and maintaining strong relationships with them. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and execute targeted campaigns, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Additionally, you will collaborate with various departments to enhance cross-selling opportunities and drive overall business growth.


 











Responsibilities









  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new customers, particularly high-net-worth individuals.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and develop appropriate responses.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create engaging campaigns and promotional materials for CASA products.

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies during the sales process.

  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management, highlighting areas of improvement.

  • Stay updated with industry developments and emerging technologies to enhance sales approaches.

  • Mentor and train team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.



















 





 




Qualifications









  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is preferred.

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in acquiring high-value customers.

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.

  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools for effective customer relationship management.

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across different departments and functions.

  • Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.

  • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment and embrace change.
