We are looking for a Preschool Centre Head to lead and manage the overall operations of a preschool centre in Kokapet, Hyderabad. This role involves ensuring a safe, nurturing, and high-quality early learning environment while managing academic delivery, staff coordination, parent engagement, and daily centre operations.
The ideal candidate will play a key leadership role in shaping the learning experience of young children, ensuring smooth functioning of the centre, and maintaining high standards of teaching, care, and administration. This position requires a balance of leadership ability, early childhood education understanding, and strong communication skills.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end operations of the preschool centre, ensuring smooth daily functioning
Supervise teaching staff and support high-quality classroom delivery and child engagement
Ensure implementation of age-appropriate curriculum and learning activities
Maintain a safe, hygienic, and child-friendly environment at all times
Monitor student development and ensure regular progress tracking and reporting
Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback to teachers for improvement
Manage admissions, parent interactions, and overall parent satisfaction
Address parent queries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
Coordinate staff schedules, training sessions, and team performance reviews
Ensure adherence to preschool policies, safety guidelines, and operational standards
Organize school events, activities, and developmental programs for children
Maintain records related to attendance, academics, and centre operations
Collaborate with management to improve learning outcomes and centre performance
Support teacher development through mentoring and on-the-job guidance
Ensure compliance with early childhood education standards and best practices
What Makes You a Great Fit
1+ years of experience in teaching, preschool operations, or early childhood education
Strong understanding of preschool curriculum, child development, and classroom management
Prior experience in teaching or handling young children is highly preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with parents and staff
Ability to lead a small team and manage day-to-day operational responsibilities
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and discipline
Patient, empathetic, and child-centric approach to learning and development
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a structured and calm manner
Good problem-solving ability and willingness to take ownership of centre outcomes
Basic administrative and coordination skills to manage records and reporting
Passion for early childhood education and creating a positive learning environment
