Community Manager & Facility Lead

Location: Sarjapur Road, Bangalore
Work Timings: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM | Saturday Half Day

Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and highly organised individual to lead community engagement, facility operations and overall parent experience at school. This is a cross-functional leadership role combining community building, operations, events, social media and facility management.

Key Responsibilities
•    Build and execute community engagement and parent relationship strategies.
•    Manage parent communication, onboarding, feedback and community interactions.
•    Drive workshops, events, collaborations and network-building initiatives.
•    Coordinate with mentors, vendors, facilitators and partners for smooth program execution.
•    Oversee day-to-day campus and facility operations including housekeeping, maintenance, supplies and safety.
•    Ensure the campus remains safe, welcoming, functional and aesthetically maintained.
•    Handle back-office operations, documentation, coordination and administrative workflows.
•    Manage social media content coordination, posting schedules, engagement and community             communication.
•    Support admissions, campus tours and enrolment coordination.
•    Coordinate transport, food logistics and operational support for programs and events.
•    Maintain vendor relationships and supervise operational staff.
•    Create a warm, responsive and community-driven culture aligned with OBI values.

Preferred Profile
•    MBA or equivalent management degree with 3–6 years of experience in education institutions management, operations, community management, hospitality, education or related fields.
•    Strong leadership, communication and relationship management skills.
•    Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
•    Comfortable managing both people-facing and operational responsibilities.
•    Hands-on, proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
•    Experience in events, social media or community-led brands is an advantage.
•    Passion for education, children, nature and community building preferred.
