Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and dedicated Principal to lead our academy. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, academic, and administrative skills to ensure excellence in teaching, learning, and overall school management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the overall academic and administrative operations of the academy.
Supervise, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.
Ensure effective implementation of the curriculum and maintain high academic standards.
Develop strategies to improve student performance and overall school outcomes.
Maintain discipline, safety, and a positive learning environment.
Build strong relationships with parents, students, and staff.
Plan and organize school events, activities, and examinations.
Manage admissions, budgeting, and day-to-day operations.
Ensure compliance with education board guidelines and government regulations.
Represent the school professionally and contribute to its growth and reputation.
Requirements
Qualifications :
Master's Degree in any relevant discipline (B.Ed. preferred; M.Ed. is an advantage).
Minimum 5–10 years of teaching experience.
At least 2–5 years of experience in a leadership role such as Vice Principal, Academic Coordinator, or Principal.
Required Skills
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Knowledge of curriculum planning and school administration.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic school management software.
Ability to motivate staff and foster a positive work culture.
Salary
₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications).
