Process Associate

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat, India | Shift: US Eastern Time

We are looking for a motivated team member to join our US Dental RCM team. No prior dental billing experience is required. Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• 
  

  Assist with dental insurance verification and claims

  
  


• 
  

  Follow up on outstanding claims and accounts receivable

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with payment posting and denial management

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate with US dental offices and insurance companies

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate records and follow-up notes

  
  

Requirements

• 
  

  Freshers welcome; 0–1 year experience

  
  


• 
  

  Good English communication skills

  
  


• 
  

  Basic computer and MS Office skills

  
  


• 
  

  Strong attention to detail

  
  


• 
  

  Willingness to learn US dental insurance and billing

  
  


• 
  

  Comfortable working US hours

  
  


• 
  

  Reliable and able to work independently
