Procurement & Production Planning Manager | Hyderabad

Job Title: Manager – Procurement & Production Planning

Role Overview:

Manage end -to -end procurement, production planning, and manufacturing operations in a high -volume setup (~1.8L orders/month) with a hybrid model (in -house + third -party). Focus on cost optimization, inventory control, wastage, and efficiency.

• Plan procurement of RM & FG based on ~6K daily orders
  
• Maintain optimal inventory; avoid stockouts & overstocking
  
• Drive production planning, capacity utilization, and scheduling
  
• Manage job orders, WIP, and output tracking
  
• Coordinate with factory teams and balance in -house vs third -party production
  
• Handle vendor onboarding, negotiation, and performance tracking
  
• Manage BOM updates, formulation changes, and cost impact
  
• Control wastage & expiry (FIFO/FEFO, batch tracking)
  
• Oversee PO lifecycle and procurement operations
  
• Drive cost savings and process efficiency
  
• Ensure compliance, documentation, and audit readiness
  
• Track KPIs and provide actionable insight
  

Requirements

• Experience in procurement / production planning / supply chain
  
• Exposure to high -volume manufacturing environments
  
• Strong skills in inventory, vendor management, and cost control
