What would you do? Go beyond processing purchase orders at lower costs to help clients reap savings and value from the billions they spend on the goods and services that run their day-to-day business operations.
Contract Services involve the management and administration of contracts between businesses and their clients or vendors. This includes drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and ensuring compliance with contract terms. The goal is to protect the interests of all parties involved and to ensure that agreements are clear and enforceable. Effective contract services help minimize risks and disputes. They also ensure that contractual obligations are met efficiently and on time.
Develop & lead negotiations by focusing on mutual strategic interests & remaining unconditionally constructive to promote an enduring business relationship. Manage the overall contracting process by collaborating with client & Accenture procurement, legal, & business teams to get to an agreement.
What are we looking for? Bachelor s degree in law or equivalent
"Experience required: Contracting expertise with at least 4 years of experience or relevant contract management experience required with between 4-6 years of experience;
•"1) Demonstrated a results driven approach, in a team setting where team members are not directly located within the same geography;
2) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word.
3) Past experience with drafting agreements in procurement area"

Roles and Responsibilities: 1) In depth experience working with a variety of contract types (i.e. preparing, reviewing and negotiating) and contract processes;
2) Be able to identify legal risk in various contract types;
3) Must be able to recognize, identify and clearly be able to explain business and convey legal positions;
4) Impactful experience working within cross-functional and/or global teams of contracting and / or procurement professionals and aligning with established performance expectations;
5) Internal stakeholder management, data/information management, category management, process review, project management and performance reporting skills;
6) Procurement process knowledge, contract management, supplier analysis, supplier diversity, supplier management, technology utilization experience is an advantage;
7) Experience with contract reporting desirable (i.e. total number of contracts, number of suppliers under contract, and other indicators) to assess progress and effectiveness of the contract function;
8) Experience responding to inquiries regarding contract obligations and redlines/revisions;
9) Facilitate contract negotiations by reviewing supplier redlines and ensuring inclusion of required terms and conditions.
10) Collaborate with legal, finance, compliance, sourcing, and category management teams to ensure smooth contract lifecycle operations.
11) Negotiation & Redlining: Ability to negotiate terms, handle redlines, and finalize agreements effectively.5) Apply knowledge of contract review, redlining, and core legal clauses such as indemnities, limitation of liability, IPRs, and confidentiality.
12) Enforce compliance processes (e.g., change order protocols) in coordination with client and internal teams.
13) Support the contract signature process and ensure timely uploading to the client s contract database.
14) Contract Drafting & Execution: Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and executing contracts, including Statements of Work (SOWs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Change Requests.
15) Risk & Compliance Management: Understanding regulatory requirements and mitigating risks during contract lifecycle.
16) Governance & Continuous Improvement: Support tactical buying strategy reviews, stakeholder engagement, and process optimization using technology and automation."
