This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Analyst, Tech Platform & Data based in India.
This role sits at the intersection of product, data, and platform engineering, where you will help shape how core technical systems are measured, understood, and improved. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and data teams to translate platform behavior into actionable insights that guide product decisions. The role is highly analytical and focuses on monitoring platform health, identifying performance trends, and improving data-driven decision-making across internal systems. You will play a key role in defining how success is measured for APIs, data pipelines, and internal developer platforms. The environment is fast-paced and technical, offering strong exposure to modern data infrastructure and fintech-scale systems. Accountabilities:
- Own the tracking, analysis, and reporting of key platform metrics including API performance, system reliability, data quality, and developer adoption trends
- Build and maintain dashboards to monitor platform health, usage patterns, and operational KPIs for internal and external stakeholders
- Analyze large datasets using SQL to surface insights, identify anomalies, and recommend product improvements
- Support product managers in writing PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintaining structured product documentation
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and synthesize qualitative feedback into clear problem statements and product opportunities
- Monitor data pipeline health and collaborate with engineering and data teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data systems
- Assist in sprint planning, backlog management, dependency tracking, and preparation of product and executive review materials
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Associate Product Manager in a technical or data-driven environment
- Strong proficiency in SQL with experience writing complex queries on data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar platforms
- Good understanding of data infrastructure concepts including APIs, data pipelines, warehousing, and BI systems
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern software architectures such as microservices
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Metabase, Looker, or Power BI for building dashboards and reports
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets into actionable insights
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into clear business narratives
- Experience using product and project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related analytical field (or equivalent practical experience)
