Product Architect

We are looking for Java Developer 
Skills: Resource with at least 4+ years of experience, Minimum Mandatory Skills: 
-Java 
-SPRING/HIBERNATE
-Javascript 
-Ajax 
* Should have strong analytical and design skills in analyzing a business need is a must. 
* Should have technical experience on J2EE (Java/JSP/Servlets)/SPRING/HIBERNATE/Ajax/JavaScript/JSON and web based applications. 
* Should have technical experience on Oracle with strong hands on SQL and stored procedures.* Should have experience JUnit 
* Should be capable of doing an impact analysis on a business need when need arises;* Should have awareness of UML, design patterns;* Profile requires development of critical modules. 
* Exposure in leading teams will be an added advantage. * Clearly understand the design. 
* Prepares low level design documents. 
* Generates code as per coding practices 
* Good communication skills and interactions with Onsite and customer .
